We are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves managing an established book of personal lines insurance accounts and providing top-tier customer service to maintain long-term client relationships. Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage an established book of personal lines insurance accounts.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and client coverage questions.
- Assist clients with remarketing their policies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding their insurance needs.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance trends and products to best serve clients.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an active Florida 4-40 License to be considered; 2-20 License preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, minimum.
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Strong personal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
