What you ll do for adMind

  • Client Requirements and Documentation:
    • Translate Client Requests into Business Requirements: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable business requirements.
    • Document Solution Designs: Create detailed solution designs, business requirements, technical specifications, and comprehensive training guides for data collection projects.
  • Data Collection and Integration:
    • Design and Implement Web Analytics Solutions: Utilize tag management systems to design and implement customized web analytics solutions that support marketing measurement.
    • Deploy Tracking Pixels: Skillfully deploy tracking pixels and scripts through tag management systems to ensure accurate data capture.
    • QA Testing: Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing for analytics configurations and resultant data to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Client Interaction and Training:
    • Communicate Technical Information: Effectively communicate technical information to clients, addressing their questions and providing guidance on analytics technologies.
    • Client Training: Train clients and internal team members in the utilization of implemented technology and tools to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Project Collaboration:
    • Timelines and Deliverables: Collaborate closely with internal Project Managers (PMs) to meet project timelines and deliverables.
    • Consultation: Consult with clients on appropriate digital marketing measurement strategies, providing expert guidance.
    • Client Development Teams: Collaborate with client development teams to configure analytics platforms and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Adaptability: Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new skills in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
    • Data Collection Systems: Continuously enhance your knowledge and proficiency in data collection systems, including web analytics and Tag Management Systems (TMS), staying updated with the latest advancements.
    • HTML/CSS: Invest in the development of your HTML and CSS skills, understanding how web technologies impact data collection and presentation.
    • JavaScript: Foster your proficiency in JavaScript, enabling you to implement and troubleshoot tracking scripts effectively.
    • Web Protocols: Stay informed about evolving web protocols, ensuring a deep understanding of how data flows across digital platforms.
    • Web Analytics Architecture: Develop a comprehensive understanding of web analytics architecture, including data collection, storage, and reporting systems.
    • Marketing Technology: Continuously expand your knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

RequirementsWhat you already know/have:

  • Currently Enrolled in Computer Science or Related Program: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience, showcasing your commitment to learning and growing in the technology field.
  • Passionate Interest in Web Analytics: Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in web analytics, digital marketing, and data engineering, even at the early stages of your academic journey.
  • Familiarity with Web Technologies: Basic familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or a strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge in these areas.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibiting a natural aptitude for problem-solving, attention to detail, and a willingness to tackle complex challenges.
  • Collaborative Mindset: An ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, leveraging your academic and self-learned skills to contribute to our projects.
