Job Description:

Seeking an imaginative, organized, and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have a strong understanding of subscription-based businesses, and possess product management skills. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This person will work with customers, Customer Success teams, and Sales Teams to gather feedback and develop and realize the strategic direction of the company. Typical duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance.
  • Manage product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Communicate through documentation and demos changes and product features, released to customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) with Project management capabilities, preferably in a SAAS company,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Experience in cloud technologies, SaaS, or subscription billing solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft technology and Dynamics CRM is a big plus
  • Knowledge Product Planning and Product Management tools
