Our client is currently seeking skilled Cardiovascular Technologists to join their healthcare facilities in the San Antonio, TX area. In this vital role, you will perform hemodynamic monitoring procedures, provide care for patients across different age groups, and train other personnel in the Cath Lab. If you have experience in interventional Cath Lab or Electrophysiology, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hemodynamic monitoring procedures of a highly specialized nature and assist the physician during all procedures.
  • Work with patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. Train Cardiovascular Technicians and other Cath Lab personnel.
  • Complete established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule and Shift Details

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week)
  • Days, 8-hour shifts
  • On-call shifts required

Position Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or a related field
  • Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
    • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
    • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
  • Experience in interventional Cath Lab or Electrophysiology preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
