RPA Developer

Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite 4 days/week, Remote 1 day/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation. Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools.
  • Configure and maintain RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions. Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in RPA development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in at least one RPA tool (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). Strong understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, .NET).
  • Experience with process analysis and design methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RPA implementation in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical).
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based RPA platforms
