RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • High-level meeting notes & organization
  • Creation and curation of team Marketing Meeting Slides
  • Assist in coordinating HITS Monthly Ad with the marketing coordinator
  • Collation of data to ensure Product Setup is complete for tea
  • Solicitation and collation of key dates for uDiscover Priorities

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Required Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Detail Oriented, ability to multitask and work well under pressure, Communication, Interesting in Marketing & Music
    • Highly organized, strong communication skills, good attitude, and willingness to work with a large team
    • College Graduate
