Back to the role:

What you will do:

  • Client Interaction and Collaboration: Participate in calls with clients to understand their needs and requirements for various projects. Translate client’s vision into compelling and cohesive brand executions, ensuring designs align with business goals and creative objectives.
  • Design & Creativity: Create engaging layouts for websites, social media assets, mailers, flyers, brochures, and sales materials.
  • Vendor Coordination: Deal with vendors for printing and ordering materials to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize design platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards and are free of errors.
  • Project Management: Work with multiple clients within the same industry, managing deadlines and expectations efficiently.
  • Website Design: Have experience with website platforms and be capable of designing and updating website layouts and elements.
  • Promotional Materials: Design brochures, sales materials, and other promotional items to effectively market our clients' businesses.
  • Content Creation: Writing clear and error-free content for different channels and elements.

What you should have:

  • 4- 6 years experience working as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • High level of creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience dealing with vendors for printing and ordering materials.
  • Familiarity with website design platforms and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of other design software and tools, experience in WordPress and creating animations or video content is a plus.

Salary Range:

$70,000-$80,000 yearly plus bonus
