Location: Woburn, MA

Are you an innovative engineer with a passion for avionics and aircraft sensors? We are seeking a Sr. Test Engineer to elevate our testing capabilities and ensure the highest quality standards in our cutting-edge technology. If you thrive in a dynamic, regulated environment and have expertise in programming with Altium, C++, and/or LabVIEW, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Create, develop, and support both Automatic and Manual Test Equipment tailored for avionics and aircraft sensors.
Calibration Management: Oversee calibration services to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with manufacturing and design engineers to establish new and automated testing procedures, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Process Automation: Drive the automation of manual testing processes to streamline operations and improve productivity.

What You ll Bring:
Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field.

Extensive Experience: At least 10 years in a technical manufacturing or engineering environment, with a strong focus on test methods and software development.

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of test methods and software for data acquisition and control applications, complemented by solid skills in Altium, C++, and LabVIEW.

Team Leadership: Experience in leading equipment development, deployment, and maintenance within a collaborative team environment.

Electrical Knowledge: A solid understanding of electrical components and circuitry, as well as proficiency in industry-standard data acquisition and communication devices.

Aerospace Communication Expertise: Familiarity with aerospace communication protocols such as ARINC 429, ARINC 825, and MIL-STD-1553.

Due to contracts with the United States Government, candidates must be either a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
