Staff Revenue Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Team as Staff Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately posting client payments, reconciling accounts, and driving continuous improvement. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
- Daily posting of payments from multiple banks, including ACH, wires, and checks
- Timely and accurate posting of payments, ensuring daily balances match bank files
- Research and resolve discrepancies in payment information
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve over or under payments
- Posting of write-offs and review of unapplied cash balance
- Respond promptly to calls and emails
- Administer VMS portals
- Train and support colleagues as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Commitment to Five Star Client Service
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong work ethic and values aligned with our culture
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a desire for long-term growth
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cash applications or revenue accounting
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Workday or similar systems
Compensation:
A very competitive compensation package will be available for this position including base salary, monthly and annual bonuses (typically 15%+ annually), medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, wellness programs, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, employee growth, educational trainings and certifications, etc.
Working Situation:
This is Hybrid situation with 4 days in the office - Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs in office. The 4 days will be split in the Philadelphia and Wilmington offices.
