We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a production tech. In this role, you will work on the production of aerospace radomes and tailcones, focusing on the part-building process; setup, layup, curing, and trimming. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, can follow processes efficiently, and is interested in hands-on work with advanced composites.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fiberglass layup and trimming for radomes and tailcones.
  • Work with fiberglass fabrics, resins, and other composite materials.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and quality.
  • Learn to operate necessary tools and equipment for composite production.
  • Ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
