As a Technical Estimator specializing in security systems, you'll be at the forefront of our project planning, analyzing requirements, and developing precise cost estimates for a variety of technical solutions. Working alongside a dynamic team of project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering successful projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Analysis & Estimation: Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to understand the full scope of each job, focusing on security solutions.
  • Security System Estimation: Calculate all cost factors, including labor, materials, and equipment, specifically for surveillance cameras, access control technologies, and gate automation.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in security technology, smart access solutions, and gate control systems to ensure competitive and innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with project teams, including engineers and stakeholders, to refine estimates, address challenges, and ensure project success.
  • Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site visits to gather data and provide accurate cost estimations for tailored security solutions.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing on materials and equipment.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for savings while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Estimator, particularly with security technologies like CCTV systems, access control, and gated entry systems.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills, strong communication, and proficiency in estimation software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of network infrastructure, system design, and hands-on experience with surveillance systems.
  • Certifications: Relevant technical certifications in security or systems engineering are a plus.
