Description: AO is looking for veterans with proven leadership skills to take on a sales leadership role where you ll mentor and guide other veterans. This is more than just a job it s an opportunity to use your experience, leadership, and dedication to help fellow veterans succeed in a meaningful career. Mentorship is key at AO, and you will play a vital role in supporting and growing our team of veterans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of veterans, helping them excel in sales and client services.
  • Use your leadership experience to guide veterans through their career growth and professional development.
  • Build strong relationships with your team through continuous communication and support.
  • Oversee the onboarding process of new veterans, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge for success.
  • Document team activities, including client interactions, opportunities, and mentorship progress.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Military veteran status preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to inspire and guide fellow veterans toward success.
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not required leadership and mentorship are key.
