We re on the lookout for an experienced full-time Senior Civil Designer ninja with a black belt in Land Development to join our Conroe, TX office (north of Houston)! If you re ready to take charge of site civil design projects, you ll be collaborating with our team to create plans, specifications, and construction contracts for commercial and single-family residential developments in Montgomery, Harris, and Walker Counties. You ll be diving into roads, paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and more! Strong communication skills (PM) are a must, as you ll be working closely with our support staff, clients, and local agencies. Ready to join the fun?

Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of relevant permitting and engineering experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D w/ preferences in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS
