Drive business transformation and deliver impactful SAP solutions as a key player in optimizing our business systems and workflows.


The SAP Business Systems Developer is responsible for developing and implementing business systems that align with the organization s strategic goals. This role involves the design, analysis, programming, and configuration of SAP modules, focusing initially on Human Capital Management (HCM) and FICO. The SAP Business Systems Developer will also conduct problem analysis and resolution, system testing, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to gather, define, and understand business requirements across different business units.
    • Determine operational objectives by studying business processes, gathering information, evaluating requirements, and identifying potential solutions.

  • System Design and Configuration:

    • Define system configurations by analyzing requirements, building workflows, understanding system capabilities, and writing specifications.
    • Design and program SAP modules to improve company operations, using SAP tools and ABAP programming language for system development.

  • Testing and Documentation:

    • Develop test plans and scripts to validate system solutions and ensure effective design implementations.
    • Participate in the development of system documentation, including standard operating procedures and user training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related business field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer, with performance tuning, testing, and debugging experience.
