360 s Solutions Engineer will play a supporting role in designing and delivering IT solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. You will work closely with and report directly to our Solutions Architect. You will also work with client relationship management team, and technical experts to help define, architect, and implement IT solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design: Research client IT and technical requirements. Assist with the design of customized IT solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives and 360 s best practices, considering scalability, security, and performance.

2. Technical Expertise: Develop your knowledge of IT infrastructure, 360 s best practices, cloud technologies, networking, security, and software to create robust and cost-effective solutions.

3. Proposal Development: Work with the Solutions Architect and help develop detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the benefits, costs, and technical aspects of proposed solutions.

4. Solution Implementation: Collaborate with project teams and other technical specialists to ensure successful deployments that meet client expectations.

5. Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

6. Client Relationship Management Support: Provide technical expertise and support to 360 CRM and project team throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.

7. Documentation: Create detailed architecture diagrams and documentation. Ensure that all project documentation is complete and maintained.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client relationship managers, project engineers, and support staff, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure seamless handover of projects.

Preferred experience:

Entry-level knowledge of the following technologies:

o Server hardware (Dell and HP)

o Virtualization (VMware, HyperV)

o Storage technology (SAN, RAID array configuration)

o LAN/WAN networking (Meraki, Cisco, SonicWall, Ubiquity, Aruba)

o Wi-Fi networking (Meraki, Cisco, Ubiquity)

o MS Azure (Entra)

o MS O365 (MS Office applications, SharePoint, Teams)

o Critical power protection (Server rooms and telco closets, MDF/IDF)

o Cyber Security (MFA, MS security best practices)
