Job Description
Due to a growing demand for our consultancy services, Turner & Townsend are looking for a motivated, ambitious and dynamic individual to join our growing Digital team as a D365 Analyst.
You will work in our Digital team, part of our MP3 Advisory group, working across all sectors that Turner & Townsend service namely Real Estate, Infrastructure and Natural Resources. The Digital team supports our clients in leading data-driven initiatives, optimizing their operations, and driving innovation within their program and project teams.
Opportunities range in scale from supporting multiple short, part-time engagements with smaller clients to longer, full-time support with one of our industry leading Key Clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your abilities across various platforms and technologies.
Responsibilities
The salary range for this full-time role is $75K-$160K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications

Responsibilities
- Can successfully produce and manage CRM modules and extensions
- Create project documentation and workflows utilizing D365
- Keeps updated on relevant D365 product developments
- Identifying and documenting the suitability of various data sources to be used for reporting purposes
- Establishing effective connections to data sources and performing relevant Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) operations
- Agreeing ETL and data quality protocols
- Ensuring data is processed in accordance with these protocols
- Establishing relevant data warehousing solutions
- Designing and implementing an appropriate data model
- Establishing use-appropriate data validation
- Utilizing analytics and visualization tools to deliver an interactive report experience to the end user
- Establishing usage tracking systems used to inform further report development
- Advising on suitable reporting cadences and archiving/retention periods
- Relevant professional experience having worked for a management consultancy, engineering consultancy, or in an in-house digital role with the ability to advise and apply existing knowledge to new scenarios
- At least 3-5 years of experience with data analysis and visualization
- Prior experience implementing Dynamic 365 CRM solutions
- Experience in extracting, integrating and querying large datasets from multiple sources, including API interrogation
- Experience in setting up and maintaining automated management information and analytics solutions, including the identification and delivery of query performance improvements
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R and SQL
- Experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, QlikView and Excel
- Understanding of common tech stacks as well as basic application and information architectures
- Experience in project co-ordination that could include setting up meetings, taking meeting notes, writing/managing meeting agendas, action item follow up and communicating with stakeholders
- Basic understanding of common asset types across all sectors that Turner & Townsend service namely Real Estate, Infrastructure and Natural Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient with modern workplace environments and tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Ability to work in fast-paced multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a large organization
- Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent) - required
- Professional qualification with a professional institution or recognized body - desirable
