LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Contract Management Specialist with 5 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Norwalk, Connecticut. This is a direct hire opportunity for candidates with prior contract experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for Transportation Finance Division in line with organizational policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct pre-funding reviews and audits of documentation packages from dealers, brokers, and marketing team to fulfill credit approval requirements.
- Work closely with dealers, brokers, and marketing personnel to resolve any documentation issues.
- Manage pre-booking and booking of transactions in InfoLease to ensure precise accounting, invoicing, and portfolio oversight.
- Monitor document storage and track daily documentation by scanning completed documents into OnBase.
- File Uniform Commercial Code financing statements to establish security interests.
- Address the Docs Incomplete and CRL Incomplete queues to ensure swift resolutions.
- Occasionally reach out to insurance agents for accurate Certificates of Insurance in accordance with guidelines.
- Support Senior Contract Administrators in handling Transfers and Assumptions, Residual Refinances, Customer Assistance Programs, and other amendments (VIN, Name, Payment Due Dates).
- Ensure all documentation adheres to state and federal regulations and liaise with legal counsel regarding any documentation issues.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned
- Bachelor s Degree- preferably Business or Finance
- Five plus years related experience with Contract Administration of financial instruments (emphasis on equipment leasing a plus) and knowledge of governing laws within the United States
