We're seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the administration, development, documentation, and technical support of our IT Service Management process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET, React, Typescript, and Javascript, with expertise in gathering requirements, architecting systems, and creating project plans. Additionally, we need someone who can design and architect a new system to meet our growing business needs.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improvement and transform them into quantifiable and achievable initiatives
- Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in defining detailed business requirements to support projects.
- Provide support for all business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues and service outages.
- Able to document best practices for queries, configurations, database, connections, security and segregation.
- Able to develop and script using PowerShell, VB Script or other code to automate Standard SQL Server builds, monitoring, inventory and research.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and standards

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher in related field
- 5+ years of Technical Engineering Experience with Software or a related field
- Proficient in C#, .NET, React, Typescript, and Javascript
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Execution Plans, and SQL Server Profiler
- Experience with Azure, PowerShell, VB Script, and other scripting languages
- Experience in working with Azure DevOps Environment
- Experience with system architecture and design patterns
- Knowledge of cloud computing technology and systems (Azure and Office365) will be a plus.
- Experience in Airline industry will be a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
- Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check
- Must have a valid Driver's License and meet all company insurance criteria
