Description:
Technical lead roles for long term contract with the USAA modernization journey. This is specific for the Earnix implementation team that is integrating Earnix SaaS solution into Guidewire for pricing of their Home Owners and Specialty insurance products.
What you have:
Understand Insurance pricing domain, rating engine configuration (Guidewire or Earnix experience preferred)
Knowledge of analytical tools such Python preferred (Java or R secondary)
Experience in data extraction and analysis for Insurance
Experience designing, developing and implementing pricing strategies
What you'll do:
Coordinate between IT and business on strategic integration of Earnix Software
Develop design for rate order calculation implementation
Perform design reviews and provide coaching and feedback for Earnix configuration
Coordinate release activities for pricing rules
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Lead level roles requires a technical leader that can assist with technical integration and configuration of the tool. Open to Sr. level Developers who are looking to get into a lead position (must have some sort of leadership experience - mentoring, etc)
