Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location:Union City, CA

About The Position:

BNW Services is partnering with one of the largest MEP companies to drive innovation and build careers. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will play a critical role in managing large, complex construction projects, mentoring future project managers and leaders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects.

Position Details/Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop client relationships by providing project status updates to clients and leadership.

- Project Strategy: Partner with management to develop and implement project strategies.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc., for projects.

- Project Coordination:*Participate in project meetings with internal departments to discuss project schedules and issues as needed.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to ensure the scope and direction of projects are on schedule.

- Team Leadership: Delegate work and serve as a mentor to the project team, providing coaching and performance feedback as necessary.

What Youll Need to Be Successful:

- Education: Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience managing large, complex projects. Experience with Healthcare, Data Center, Higher Education projects between $4-$10M is required, with anything higher than $10M a plus.

- Technical Knowledge: Expert knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as all design engineering aspects.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients, and general contractors. Strong public speaking ability and the ability to present proposals to clients.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel.

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (California), this ranges from $155,000 - $185,000 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
