Our Executive Search team is representing a highly regarded client seeking a skilled IT Program Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Field Service Management (FSM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. This role will oversee a critical transformation program supporting a vertically integrated business, with a focus on delivering quality and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in FSM/EAM platforms such as Maximo, ServiceNow, or Oracle EAM, along with technical expertise and strong leadership abilities. This position is based 100% on-site at the company s Irvine, CA office.

General Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive field service program strategy, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, and solution design aligned with overall business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation of FSM and EAM platforms, managing configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations to maintain system integrity and scalability.
  • Oversee the program s budget, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including maintenance and field IT leadership, to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Facilitate change management processes, drive user adoption, and coordinate end-user training and support.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics to ensure the program s performance meets expectations and delivers continuous improvement.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to project managers, FSM administrators, and developers.
Work Schedule + Benefits:
  • Position Type: Full-time, salaried, exempt
  • Salary Range: $124,500 $165,000 (Dependent on experience and other job-related factors)
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading FSM or EAM implementations (Maximo, ServiceNow, Oracle EAM), with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow, Maximo, or Oracle preferred.
  • Expertise in FSM/EAM platform capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and motivate stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise business systems and integrated solution design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, focused on delivering effective, scalable solutions.


Pay Details: $124,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
