Data Entry Specialist
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our organization. You will be responsible for inputting data into various systems, ensuring data integrity, and performing data verification tasks. This is a Contract opportunity located near Downers Grove, IL.

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our organization. You will be responsible for inputting data into various systems, ensuring data integrity, and performing data verification tasks. This is a Contract opportunity located near Downers Grove, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into specified databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain data consistency and integrity.
- Review and correct data errors.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Implement data quality control procedures.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Retrieve and distribute documents as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries from data.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
- Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes.
- Suggest and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in data entry and keyboard skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Contract
- Monday-Friday
- Pay is $20-$22 an hour, depending on experience
