Company Description
Responsible for initiating and investigating Minor, Major, or Critical process deviations to identify root causes, assess Product Quality Impact (PQI), and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Job Requirements:
- Investigation and deviation management experience within biotech, with a focus on Manufacturing (MFG) or Quality Control (QC) environments
- Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools
- Experience with Trackwise (preferred)
- Experience in identifying and developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate and conduct detailed investigations of process deviations to determine root causes and PQI
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address deviations and prevent future occurrences
- Serve as lead representative during audits and client meetings, and in daily management meetings when relevant
