  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Email Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Help launch a revamped email marketing strategy for Bankrate
  • Support our partnerships team with email placements
  • Maintain an understanding of consumer journeys and the ability to move consumers through the phases, especially within retention and re-engagement, across 5+ core verticals
  • Utilize data and an understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize, troubleshoot functionality, and work with others to develop solutions that enhance the experience and performance of the product.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the Financial Services Industry
  • Prioritize and communicate challenges, problems, and opportunities based on business rationale to push marketing priorities
  • Primary KPIs: Customer LTV, Revenue Generated from Email, and Return Visitors
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant major or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of email marketing experience with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and demonstrable track record of applying data-driven personalization strategies
  • Experience with Iterable and other email platforms and CRMs
  • Demonstrated strong ability to access, manipulate, and understand full funnel datasets and technical platforms without oversight (sql) and build relevant reports, dashboards and visualizations to answer business questions (Excel, Tableau, Looker etc.)
  • Intellectual curiosity in an ever-changing digital landscape to stay abreast of industry trends
Compensation:
  • $40.00/hour - $44.00/hour (W2)
