ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office in Trevose, PA on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

ASI is seeking a skilled Data Migration/Integration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless migration and integration of data between systems (MS D365 platforms and On Prem SQL), supporting the design, development, and implementation of data solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with various data formats, databases, and integration tools.

The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $125,000.00.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute data migration projects from legacy systems to new platforms. Map and convert data between different data formats. Conduct data validation, quality checks, and resolve any discrepancies during the migration process. Develop and maintain scripts and procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migration
  • Deploying enterprise solutions that leverage Azure services and the Microsoft Power Platform, while also maintaining legacy platforms and equipment both on-premises and in the cloud. Design and implement data integration solutions between diverse systems, applications, and databases. Work with APIs, middleware, and integration platforms to automate data flow between systems. Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Responsible for the creation and ownership of an integration data strategy, providing essential technical and procedural support for the data, including oversight of data migration and integration.
  • Implement data security measures during migration and integration processes to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Key contributor to the implementation of a core ERP system, integrating niche/specialist systems, and supporting them with an integration platform.
  • Ensures data integrity and accessibility by maintaining consistent, centrally controlled master data to streamline operations.
  • Works towards the standardization and harmonization of essential core processes across all companies and functions, integrating with the core ERP system and adhering to a master data strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data migration and integration processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data integration and migration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information technology, or equivalent
    5-7 years of experience in data management and governance, cloud data platforms, and integration tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in data migration, integration, or ETL processes
  • Practical understanding and demonstrated skills with Microsoft Power Platform (includes Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, etc.) and Microsoft D365
  • Experience deploying/working with Microsoft D365 including data management and integration
    Hands on experience with migrating data from on premise legacy systems to cloud data storage or applications a plus
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Boomi) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
  • Experience working with APIs and web services for integration
  • Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and cleansing
  • Responsible, accurate, structured, committed, and reliable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; an ability to effectively and efficiently formulate complex problems, both orally and written to a specific target audience
