  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial machinery, has an immediate need for an experienced Help Desk Specialist, to join our winning team in Union.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • First-line support troubleshooting; responds to requests for technical assistance.
  • Build out new computer systems and load user profiles.
  • Provide user training and training on Apple devices.
  • Onboard new users and offboarding tasks.
  • Participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with software installation and workstation support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Know Windows 10 Operating System including setup and configuration.
  • Know networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
  • Travel up to 10%
