Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hybrid Account Manager / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technology needs of our clients from the end of the sales process through the completion of software implementation. You will work closely with our clients 7 Dev Team to ensure the successful delivery of our proprietary software and provide ongoing support and training.

What You ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities):

  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate project technology needs from the end of the sales process to the successful completion of software implementation between the client and dev team.
  • Product Delivery: Execute product delivery processes and procedures, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
  • Data Integration: Coordinate and test access to any applicable data source or API, ensuring seamless integration with our software.
  • Software Configuration: Configure Hexagon's proprietary software to align with the business needs and goals of each client.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Hexagon's products and associated subject matter to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
  • Client Training: Train clients on the software platforms, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the tools effectively.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the sales and marketing teams by participating in sales calls, demos, and creating documentation to support these efforts.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot errors, implement or recommend solutions to ensure smooth software operation.
  • Product Feedback: Record product defects and deliver them to the product management team for continuous improvement.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on additional Hexagon IT Solutions services that may enhance their business, reinforcing what was discussed during the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in sales or outreach.
  • Basic understanding of websites and technology.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software configuration and data integration is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Certification proving qualifications
