Job Description
Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst
USA Remote
As our Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be tasked with unifying, reconciling, analyzing, and presenting business data to improve executive decision-making. To establish clarity and consistency, you will work closely with various teams to identify critical data sources, KPIs, and needed information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting, organizing, and standardizing data from across our technology stack to provide clarity and certainty of information
- Identifying opportunities for growth through the analysis of business data across finance, marketing, sales, success, support, and product engagement
- Developing and providing support for the cross-departmental business dashboards
- Working with leadership on projects related to the development and execution of performance strategies and objectives
- Taking on complex projects that require advanced analytical skills and business intelligence practices
- Develop and implement strategies to align the Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams and ensure activities (KPAs) are focused on common revenue goals
- Manage and optimize the technology stack for these teams, ensuring seamless integration and data flow to enhance visibility and decision-making
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all teams, providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive revenue growth
- Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy and consistency, ensuring all teams have access to reliable information for strategic planning and execution
ABOUT YOU:
- You have at least four years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within B2B SaaS
- You have strong proficiency in data analysis tools and business applications, including QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Profitwell, Excel, and databases
- You have excellent analytical skills, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and can foster collaboration across departments
- You have a degree in statistics, business, computer science, mathematics, or quantitative analysis-related field or equivalent experience
- You have advanced skills in Python, Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and other data visualization tools
- You are data-curious and have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You have extensive project management skills and the ability to prioritize work and remain detail-oriented
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary Range: $95,000 $160,000 (DOE)
