  • Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN or Fargo, ND office | hybrid
  • Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000 per year

What you will do as a Technical Sales Specialist:

  • Organize and coordinate requirements gather and solution design collaborative sessions with customers, partners, and other technical resources of all levels
  • Work with customers or prospects to understand their needs and architect technical solutions with sales and engineering
  • Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships to achieve new opportunity growth targets
  • Align with key vendors to leverage programs, tools, and relationships to enable sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and services teams to develop, prepare, and deliver RFPs
  • Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other related events
  • Provide technical guidance and education to the sales team, customers, and prospects

What you will bring to the Technical Sales Specialist role:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical sales experience in the IT industry
  • Experience with data security best practices, cloud computing, and network management
  • Experience with creating and presenting Statements of Work
  • Strong understanding of network designs and configurations
