Prestigious law firm seeks a Senior Legal Project Manager to join their Strategic Pricing Department.
Location: Remote | Salary: $148,000-$217,000 (DOE) | Schedule: M-F, 9am-5:30pm (local timezone)

Overview:
The Senior Legal Project Manager in the Strategic Pricing team drives project management strategies that align with profitability goals and improve client service. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role involves working closely with senior attorneys to enhance efficiency across multiple practice groups, offering tailored support and guidance on matter management and client-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior attorneys on efficient matter management and client service improvements.
  • Engage with client legal teams to resolve project issues.
  • Develop and share project management tools, budget templates, and reports across the firm.
  • Collaborate on matter management strategies, setting expectations with clients and team members.
  • Offer proactive solutions and conduct post-matter reviews to enhance processes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all firm and client information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required, JD and/or project management certification preferred.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role, ideally within a law firm or legal department.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with ability to summarize complex data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
