We are seeking Customer Service Coordinator to join our team!
The position requires working in our office 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional opportunities for OT available.
The Customer Service team provides an award-winning customer service experience for attendees and clientele. You’ll get to know our shows and become a subject matter expert. Friendly office with relaxed atmosphere, but we work hard and have fun.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to telephone inquiries
- Make outbound customer service and renewal calls
- Data entry to exhibitor and attendee database systems
- Act as a knowledge base, internally and externally, for all shows
- Provide exemplary customer service experience at every interaction
- Work with operations staff on projects as required
- Perform all other office tasks as requested
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency working on a computer
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
- Type speed: 40 words per minute or higher
- Trade show knowledge a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus
- Live chat experience a plus
