Advantest America, a leading Semiconductor Test and Measurement Company, is seeking a highly experienced and test technology knowledgeable, self-driven and creative semiconductor industry leader to be part of the Advantest Cloud Solutions team. Advantest Cloud Solutions (ACS), is a newly introduced ecosystem of cloud-based products and services. At the core of this ecosystem is the data- and analytics-focused platform, Advantest Cloud powered by PDF Exensio, which Advantest is co-developing with PDF Solutions

Responsibilities include:

  • As a Solution Integration Engineer, you will be working with a dynamic team to provide technical support for the Advantest 93000 Semiconductor Test Systems and Developing Applications for our customers and partners.
  • Work closely with Engineers, Senior Management and Sales todevelop sales and support strategies.
  • Integrates Advantest products and services (at the system/solutions level) into customer's environment.
  • Perform analysis of complex IC manufacturer customer requirements providing expertise on topics such as: Performance, Design, Utilization, Optimization, test program development/conversions and Implementation Strategies.
  • Accountable for the design, scoping, and technical validity of the solution to achieve the customer's business objectives.
  • Create and deliver customer training classes and consultation materials.
  • Communicate with customers relative to the completeness, repeatability, and accuracy of test programs. Review apparent issues and propose solutions as needed.
  • Conduct experimental investigations as to test methodologies, test fixture design and development, product yield improvement, process quality controls, etc. Analyze experiment results and initiate / implement solutions.
  • Provide technical analysis of related product issue and participate in the resolution of any issues found.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • BS in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent discipline with applicable experience inATEtest.
  • V93000 ATE test engineering experience.
  • Proven experience on test program development for the V93000 using SmarTest 7 or SmarTest 8 (preferred) and Test Method coding.
  • Familiar with production environment
  • Experience releasing a V93000 test program into production.
  • Demonstrated experience with LINUX, JAVA, C, C++
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry and market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, project oriented, team environment.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
