The Work:
As generative AI technology transforms business processes, the demand for skilled professionals to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions within the SAP ecosystem continues to grow. This role focuses on developing generative AI solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, integrating them with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems to deliver enhanced process automation and data-driven decision-making.

As an SAP GenAI Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven applications leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its GenAI capabilities.
- Develop custom AI solutions that integrate with SAP ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, utilizing SAP BTP AI services to automate processes and optimize decision-making.
- Prototype, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to specific business use cases within the SAP landscape.
- Work closely with business analysts and technical teams to translate client requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Support the development, deployment, and ongoing management of AI/ML models within SAP environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML design and development, with a strong focus on SAP platforms.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP BTP AI services, including SAP AI Core, SAP AI Foundation, and integration into SAP environments like SAP S/4HANA.
- Minimum of 1 year proficiency in building and deploying AI solutions using SAP-native tools and frameworks, with a strong understanding of SAP's AI/ML positioning.
- Prior experience in developing and deploying AI models within SAP ecosystems to meet real-world business challenges.
- Experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
