Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years of Oracle database administration experience.
  • Oracle Migration Skills (2 - 4 Years)
  • Performance Engineering (2 - 4 Years)
  • Oracle (4 - 6 Years)
  • Database administration (4 - 6 Years)
  • Monitoring (2 - 4 Years)
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of PostgreSQL administration experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with database engineering functions.
  • 3+ years of experience with MongoDB, GoldenGate, or Yugabyte.
  • 2+ years of performance tuning experience.
  • Experience with monitoring databases regularly to check for any errors such as existing locks and failed updates.
  • Experience leading and driving automation initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Database Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Database Engineering deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Database Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Database Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Database Engineering.
