Your role in our mission

• Reviews, analyzes and evaluates data/systems business requirements for existing and new development.
• Documents technical and business specifications and functional needs and modifies existing requirements
• Leads the data analysis and profile efforts for new client implementations and system enhancements.
• Facilitates technical meetings with IT and business project team.
• Provides data mappings, user interface specifications, processing logic as per business requirements to the Developer.
• Communicates with clients, developers and other team members.
• Tests development efforts and assists clients in user acceptance testing.
• Creates and maintains a project plan, documents meeting notes and distributes to team.
• Provides regular status reports to clients, developers, and management as needed.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to junior Analysts on the team as needed.

What we're looking for

• Strong SQL Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and experience with different database structures (transaction-based and data warehouses).
• Healthcare Domain Expertise: At least 6 years in US Healthcare as a Business Analyst, with 4+ years in Medicaid and Medicare; experience with claims, member, and provider is essential.
• Database and Diagram Familiarity: Ability to read ER diagrams and understand relational database and client-server concepts.
• Project Management Skills: Experience managing project timelines to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Scrum/Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is beneficial but not mandatory.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
