Description
We are in search of an IT Operations professional to join our team located in Hanover, Maryland. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with the primary function of managing our IT operations. You will be part of an industry that requires a broad range of skills including system administration, network administration, and IT operations management.
Responsibilities:
Managing and resolving help desk tier III issues
Overseeing systems administration tasks to ensure optimal system performance
Carrying out network administration duties to maintain network infrastructure
Providing true IT support across various departments
Collaborating with teams across different locations
Working with various software including CRM, ERP, and Active Directory
Implementing configuration management processes
Utilizing PC skills to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues
Managing IT operations to ensure smooth business processes
Learning and adapting to new technologies or software as required.
Requirements
Possession of a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Operations
Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Expertise in Active Directory management
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Excellent PC Skills
Familiarity with System Administration
Experience in Network Administration
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Problem-solving aptitude
A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related qualification.
