JOB DESCRIPTION

The Risk Specialist, Sr will focus on the operational and execution aspects of both the manual and cross-dependent automation processes necessary to ensure that reporting deadlines / service level agreements (SLAs) are met with accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities to be performed with minimal management instruction/intervention once training completed and procedures are reviewed and available for future reference include:

* Develop, maintain, and produce reporting (e.g., compliance, status, metric visualizations) for risk committee materials and senior management transparency.

* Write and maintain standard operating procedures and process maps for Risk Center of Excellence (COE) Procedures.

* Educate and assist Metric Owners that provide metric actual results and key messaging.

* Calculation and/or entry of metric results into the Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS).

* Provide excellent service and collaboration to our stakeholder/partners across the organization.

* Develops and maintains strong working relationships with risk partners and metric owners through continuous and proactive communications related to risk metrics and finding extension coordination.

* Maintain Azure DevOp (ADO) story card wall and participate in daily CoE team stand-up meetings to ensure accountability and communicate progress &/or roadblocks.

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in creating reports and/or technical documentation (procedures, process maps, etc.)

* Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a bachelor's degree, must have at least 5 years of experience in an operations, audit, risk, metric, or analytical related area.

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

* Quality Focused with Attention to Detail

* Excellent consulting, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

* Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations, run with the initiative/issue, determine paths of action, remediate problems/issues aligned with assignments, and make recommendations to remediate problems / issues dependent on other teams.

* Proficient in MS Office skills including MS Teams and Adobe Writer (or equivalent)

* Experience with creating reusable templates in MS productions and/or automating workflows within MS Teams

* Experience with Archer Technologies Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management Solution and/or Service Now Governance, Risk, & Compliance module preferred
