Job Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in JavaScript ecosystems for a remote role, transitioning to an on-site position in Bentonville, AR after conversion to full-time. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with comprehensive documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.

Required Skills and Experience

  • JavaScript Proficiency: Strong understanding of JavaScript, including modern ES6+ features.
  • Frontend Frameworks: Proficiency with React and Next.js.
  • Backend Development: Solid experience with Node.js, with knowledge of NestJS as a plus.
  • Databases: Experience with both NoSQL and SQL databases.
  • Messaging Systems: Hands-on experience with message queues, particularly Kafka.
  • Testing: Ability to write robust unit and end-to-end (e2e) tests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of full stack development.
