Title: Project Coordinator
Location: White Plains, NY
Duration: 12 months temporary Assignment

Job Functions & Responsibilities
Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of community outreach and government relations programs and initiatives.

Monitor and track program performance metrics to ensure goals are met, providing regular reports to the team.

  1. Provide day-to-day administrative support for the department program, including but not limited to scheduling and maintaining documentation.
  2. Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for internal and external meetings.
  3. Manage departmental databases and ensure all information is current and accurate.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the organization and key stakeholders, including community groups, elected officials, government agencies, and partner organizations.
  5. Maintain up-to-date records of contacts and communications with stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management.
  6. Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide timely updates on program activities.
  7. Assist in the development of advocacy materials and presentations to support stakeholder relations efforts.

  • Strong and tested project coordinator skills including organization skills, communication skills, daily standups, creation, and presentation of data (updates, status, etc), .
  • Organized, good communicator, deadline driven, planner, problem solver, and agile.
  • Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project team members, co-workers, management, and vendors by behaving, collaborating, and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards.
  • Good interpersonal skills to ensure open communication across project teams. Ability to handle broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences.
  • Outstanding record of project coordination success
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (i.e. M365) skills
