About the role

  • Account Executive, individual contributor. Fully remote role.
  • $75k base salary, double OTE with uncapped commissions.
  • Must have 2 years of logistics sales, with experience in FTL, LTL, Drayage, LCL, Ocean, Air, and Warehousing.
  • Experience with CRM software and tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • MUST bring an existing book of business and relationships to hit the ground running.
  • This is a net-new business hunting role. Must be hungry, and proficient in lead generation.
  • Self-motivated and able to effectively manage time to achieve performance goals.

Logistics Sales Account Executive

Amazing opportunity for candidates with logistics sales experience and an active book of business/customer relationships to get in at the ground level of a newer company with enormous growth potential and unlimited global operations capabilities.

The Company is a majority-owned subsidiary of a $1B international freight forwarder - responsible for managing all North American transportation modes. Base salary + uncapped monthly commissions + quarterly bonuses. Full Health Benefits + 401K options.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics sales, targeting customers who move FTL, LTL, Drayage, LCL, Ocean, Air, and Warehousing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to easily have a conversation rather than "pitch a product"
  • Bring existing customer relationships/connections with the ability to constantly grow your book of business
  • Strong knowledge of the domestic supply chain allowing you to identify a client's transportation needs and craft an optimal solution
  • Experience with Sales CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. with expert level task management capabilities
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, LinkedIn, etc. to identify valid prospects and decision makers
  • The ability and desire to work autonomously while accepting accountability for performance.
