Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO and Supply Chain Consultant Leader to spearhead our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This expert will guide our team through the Realization and Deployment phases of the project, offering strategic direction, insight, and hands-on expertise with S/4HANA Public Cloud's unique features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation: Provide expert guidance through Realization and Deployment phases, ensuring smooth execution of project milestones.
  • Expert in FICO & Supply Chain: Use deep functional knowledge in SAP FICO and Supply Chain to align technical solutions with business requirements.
  • Public Cloud Expertise: Understand the nuances, opportunities, and challenges of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Help anticipate and mitigate potential roadblocks based on previous experience with cloud-based implementations.
  • Security Framework Design: Lead the design and implementation of security architectures tailored to SAP Public Cloud environments.
  • Integration Architecture: Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders (portfolio managers, operations teams, and IT staff) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge sharing through documentation, workshops, and hands-on training to internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Proactively address potential risks and identify strategies to mitigate them during deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud: At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
  • Strong SAP FICO & Supply Chain Knowledge: Expertise in SAP Financials (FICO) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a deep understanding of both processes.
  • Previous ECC or S/4HANA On-Premise Experience: Solid experience in SAP ECC or on-premise S/4HANA implementations.
  • Cloud Expertise: Proven ability to manage the specific challenges related to cloud environments (SAP Public Cloud).
  • Security Design: Expertise in designing secure frameworks in SAP environments.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong knowledge of integration architecture within SAP ecosystems and third-party systems.
  • Leadership: Experience managing teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and team collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business language.
