We are looking for a Sr. ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery Specialist with extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow Native Discovery and AWS Cloud Discovery. The ideal candidate will be certified in ServiceNow Discovery and possess a strong background in IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Native Discovery and AWS Cloud Discovery.

Configure and customize discovery solutions to meet organizational needs.

Technical Expertise:

Develop and maintain technical documentation for discovery processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery.

Collaboration:

Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate asset and configuration data.

Provide training and support to team members on discovery tools and processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and best practices.

Propose enhancements to improve discovery accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow Native Discovery.

Experience with ServiceNow AWS Cloud Discovery.

Certifications:

Certified in ServiceNow Discovery.
