Web and Data Manager (MS Dynamics)

• Website management including developing, publishing and maintaining all content and reviewing for accuracy
• Maintain database information relating to web content
• Work closely with Marketing Team to develop and implement online business initiatives
• Identifying areas of opportunity using analytics reporting
• Work collaboratively and communicate with non-technical internal team and 3rd party Vendors
• Communicate and collaborate with outside web development company
• Be able to identify and triage website issues
• Helping with SEO efforts to promote website and increase traffic
• Competitor analysis: evaluate and follow industry best practices
• Designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting
• Reviewing presentations, manuscripts, graphs, and tables to ensure accuracy and quality
• Developing standards of operation when handling and archiving data
• Maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems
• Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
• Evaluating the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with business requirements and design documents

Required

• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including BI for running reports, etc
• Designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting
• Reviewing presentations, manuscripts, graphs, and tables to ensure accuracy and quality
• Developing standards of operation when handling and archiving data
• Maintaining data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems
• Knowledge of social media integration as it relates to e-commerce
• Website Compliance: web standards and regulations
• Overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
• Evaluating the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with business requirements and design documents
• Assessing system performance and making recommendations for hardware, software, and data storage improvements
• Ensuring data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security systems
