Job Description:

We are seeking a Design Hardware Engineer (PCB) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) processes, conducting equipment testing, and performing data analysis to enhance equipment reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FMEA Development: Create and implement FMEA processes for both existing and new equipment/parts to ensure reliability and safety.
  • Equipment Testing: Conduct testing on various equipment to validate performance and compliance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to predict potential failures and implement preventive measures to avoid downtime.
  • Performance Evaluation: Perform performance evaluation tests to identify potential safety hazards and production risks.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring failures, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to enhance product reliability.
  • Lifecycle Management: Ensure compliance with lifecycle management processes for all equipment and parts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives and proactively anticipate customer needs.
  • System Testing and Failure Analysis: Utilize experience in system testing and failure analysis to support product development and enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with PCB design and hardware engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with FMEA and lifecycle management processes.
