One of our clients is seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Backend Developer with expertise in the .NET Framework 4.8, AWS integration, API development, and AWS Lambda functions. As a member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend solutions that power our innovative applications and services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable backend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using the .NET Framework 4.8, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Integrate AWS services and components into the backend architecture, leveraging services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and others to build scalable and resilient cloud-based applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs to expose functionality to frontend applications and third-party systems, following best practices for API design, versioning, and security.
• Write well-structured, clean, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews to ensure code quality across the team.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebase to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability, while identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to backend services and integrations, working closely with the support team to provide timely resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and proactively recommend improvements to the architecture and development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a .NET Backend Developer, with a strong command of the .NET Framework 4.8 and C# programming language.
• Solid experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related integration patterns.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts, microservices, and serverless computing.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Preferred:

• AWS certification(s) in relevant areas such as AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Experience with other cloud providers and their services.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
