Scope of Work

• Unboxing, installing, and physically setting up the new PCs.
• Installing standard software and configuring necessary settings.
• Creating user accounts and profiles for new users.
• Ensuring the PCs are functioning correctly and connected to the network.
• Applying asset tags and updating asset records.
• Kitting, packaging, and labelling devices for shipment.
• Keep the PCs pre-staged at customer's designated area for disposal

Deliverables

• Timely arrival at Rheem sites to address the reported issues.
• Accurate identification and diagnosis of network problems.
• Effective troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.
• Documentation of all issues and resolutions.
• Preparation of new PCs for deployment, including installation of software and configuration.
• On-site installation of new PCs.
• Configuration of PC settings and connections.
• Testing the functionality of new PCs and their integration with the network.
• Preparing the old devices for disposal at Rheem's designated area.
• Accurate records of time spent on-site.
• Compliance with Rheem site specific security protocols.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.
