About You

You have a strong sales background with experience in consultative, solution-driven approaches. Your technical knowledge helps you understand complex client needs and deliver tailored digital solutions. You excel at building relationships, communicating clearly, and working with cross-functional teams. A strategic thinker, you're proactive and driven by helping clients succeed, always aiming to provide exceptional service.

Your Role

As a Senior Account Executive at Optimus Information, you will embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a significant impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding Client Needs: Use your consultative selling expertise to uncover client challenges and deliver innovative, tailored solutions that drive success.
  • Navigating Complexity: Apply your technical acumen to tackle complex scenarios, ensuring exceptional support and guidance throughout the client journey.
  • Driving Engagement: Collaborate closely with Microsoft to launch targeted campaigns that attract quality leads and showcase our cutting-edge solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with talented teams across engineering, sales, and marketing to define offerings and execute projects that delight our clients.
  • Maximizing Opportunities: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts to ensure sustained growth and long-term relationships.
  • Fostering Growth: Lead new business development initiatives, building strong client relationships that empower their digital transformation journeys.
Your Background
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in the tech space, ideally focusing on Microsoft Azure or related cloud solutions.
  • Strong sales experience, particularly in a consultative selling role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated account management and relationship-building skills with mid-to-large organizations.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across teams to close deals effectively.
  • Passion for helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey and achieve their objectives.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
  • A hustler mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong strategic thinker capable of balancing client needs with technical solutions to deliver results.
  • Ambitious problem solver who embraces challenges and seeks innovative solutions.
