Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to support the program manager in delivering the program objectives. Each day you will act as role model contributing to and facilitating change. You will also show your expertise by joining the Business Area Steering Committee as subject matter expert.\n\nThe work model for the role is REMOTE.\n\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n Supporting the implementation of measures, policies and standards within the assigned program, reporting on the progress.\n Driving behavioral change to continuously improve the HSE performance of the organizational unit.\n Representing the Business Area in relevant Steering Committees.\n Staying abreast of external trends and perspective, providing advice to the business when necessary.\n\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role

  • BA/BS degree PLUS minimum 5 years of progressive HSE experience with a focus on manufacturing OR Associate PLUS minimum 7 years progressive HSE experience with a focus on manufacturing OR high school diploma PLUS minimum 9 years progressive HSE experience with a focus on manufacturing
  • CSP or other health and safety certification, preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 30% domestic
  • 3+ years relevant HSE experience in HSE management systems
  • 3+ years relevant HSE experience in HSE training and campaigns
  • Advanced use of 3rd party data base management systems, i.e., Gensuite, Intelex, MS Office, etc.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
