- Job Location: Maine
- Work Model: Hybrid commute to Augusta, Maine with potential travel to other locations within Maine
- Duration: 7 month contract

- Role: IT Consultant to work with client agencies on technology requirements
- Responsibility: Building and maintaining strong relationships with client agencies, ensuring agency business needs are met, facilitating client projects, upgrades, and enhancements within the enterprise
- Required Skills: Function as Agency IT Account Representative, Create business relationships with key business leaders within agencies, Understand/monitor all IT services provided, Participate and consult in IT budgets, Identify critical business applications, Work across enterprise to ensure business needs are met, Raise awareness of common IT business solutions, Understanding of emotional intelligence and empathy, Ability to handle difficult situations, Ability to assist with biennial budget preparation, Prior experience/understanding of billing and procurement processes
- Minimum Qualifications: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in technology/business, Knowledge of IT tools and best practices, Strong communication skills, Knowledge of governance, policies, and processes of client budgeting, Understanding of IT systems and equipment to facilitate and assist with State agency information technology requests.
