Required Qualifications ? AA degree or experience in related field required. ? Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Ability to work in service of long-term and short-term goals; flexibility to adapt and modify when needed ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ? Ability to lift 15-30 lbs. ? Will require travel to various locations across the organization's geographical clusters ? Must have CA Driver License Preferred Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred. ? Experience in an educational setting or non-profit organization is a plus. ? Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable.
